Here at Humbug, we tend to do things in a somewhat Garage Company style. This means that up till about 2 weeks ago, we were working out of Boaz’s rented flat. Now, not that Boaz’s flat is bad – it served us with pride and honor for almost 6 months – it was time to move on. So, there we were confronted with one of the biggest questions we dealt with recently: “where should we move offices to? what kind of office do we need?” – in general, all of these, can be summed up into a single question – “how much money do we have for this?”.

Being an Open Source initiative, funds aren’t all that easy (at least at this point). Sure, we secured initial funding and we are working using that, but maximizing our dollar/expense ratio is important, especially with the ever declining value of the dollar in the past couple of years. After debating the location of the office for quite some time, we finally moved offices to our new office in Ramat Hasharon. It’s located in an office building, at the top most floor (to be more exact, we’re on the roof itself) – which is a lot of fun for us (much space for Beer drinking).
